At Hughes Developments, our aim with greenfield projects is to create something special from the ground up, that will appeal to buyers and make a place enjoyable to live in for years to come. For Riverside Grove, we identified the opportunity to create that ‘something special’ with the waterway bordering the east side of the development.
From the earliest stages we made the decision to dedicate significant space to a riverside walkway, which we planted extensively in natives and added landscaping and seating areas to enrich the user experience. It also made sense to locate the larger, more premium sections along this riparian edge.
On the opposite side of the subdivision, a nature reserve bookends the smaller, more affordable sections to create a cohesive and close-knit residential enclave.
The result is a neighbourhood that offers the benefits of being brand new – new services, new titles, new infrastructure – yet feels perfectly at home within the natural landscape.
